1. What cookies are

• Essential — NextAuth session cookies that keep you signed in; CSRF tokens that protect form submissions. Without these, the Service cannot function.
• Preferences — local storage entries that remember UI state such as your sidebar collapse state or onboarding tour progress.
• Referral — a short-lived cookie that records a referral code when you arrive via a friend's invite link, so we can award bonus credits on sign-up.
• Analytics — we may collect aggregated, anonymised usage data (pages visited, error rates) to improve the product. We do not sell this data.

3. Third-party cookies

• Paystack may set cookies on its payment pages during checkout.
• Cloudinary sets cookies to deliver optimised assets from its CDN.
• Google may set cookies if you sign in with Google OAuth.

4. Managing cookies

You can delete cookies or prevent them from being stored using your browser settings. Please note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from signing in or using most of the Service.

5. Updates

We will update this policy when we add, remove, or change the cookies we rely on. Material changes will be announced in-app.
