Terms of Service

1. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use SteechAI.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your password secure.
• You may not share credentials or use another user's account without permission.

2. Credits

SteechAI operates on a prepaid credit system. Credits are used to create AI models and generate images and videos.

• Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value outside the Service.
• Credits do not expire while your account remains active.
• We may adjust credit costs for new generations at any time. Any credit already purchased retains its face value.
• If a generation fails due to our systems or the AI provider, we automatically refund the corresponding credits.

3. Payments

Credit packs are sold in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and processed by Paystack. By purchasing a pack you authorise us to initiate payment via Paystack and credit your account once payment is confirmed.

4. Your content

• You retain ownership of product photos, model reference images, and other content you upload.
• You grant SteechAI a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use your uploaded content solely to operate and improve the Service (for example, to pass your inputs to our AI provider and store generated media in your account).
• You own the generated images and videos produced from your inputs and may use them for any lawful commercial or personal purpose.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate content that depicts real identifiable individuals without their explicit consent.
• Create sexually explicit imagery, content involving minors, or content that promotes violence or hate.
• Infringe the intellectual-property or publicity rights of any third party.
• Circumvent security controls, scrape the platform, or abuse refund and credit policies.
• Resell or rebrand SteechAI as your own service without a written partnership agreement.

6. Service availability

We work hard to keep SteechAI online but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance, AI provider outages, or payment gateway issues may temporarily affect the Service.

7. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the Account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or pose a risk to other users. Unused purchased credits may be refunded on request in case of good-faith account closure.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, SteechAI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Lagos State.

10. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect new features, legal requirements, or operational needs. Material changes will be communicated in-app or via email at least 14 days before they take effect.
